Loew’s Sapphire Falls will open this summer 2016 and rooms are already booked for the grand opening! With its Caribbean theming, and relaxing amenities that include the largest resort pool at any other Universal/Loew’s resorts. Sapphire Falls is conveniently located across the water from Universal Studios, and can be easily accessed via water taxi, via complimentary shuttle buses, or by the walking path. In addition to ease of access to the parks you will also get with your resort stay, access to the parks one hour before official park opening. Take in some culinary delights with authentic Caribbean cuisine at Amatista Cookhouse. After dinner, you can go for a drink at the signature rum bar, Strong Water Tavern, where the rich woods and ambient lighting will set the tone for a dip in the pool or take in a poolside movie.
Sapphire Falls is nearly complete. As of today, we saw that just some exterior work had to be completed. The water taxi will most likely be accessed via Lowe’s Royal Pacific Resort. However, the rooms looks ready with curtains up and furniture inside. Sapphire Falls is located directly across the street from Universal’s Cabana Bay. Cabana Bay, like Sapphire Falls, is a value resort with a lot of charm and amenities. Both should definitely be considered for your next stay at Universal Orlando.
